  • 250 g chicken livers;
  • 150 g sliced ​​champignons;
  • 1 onion;
  • 1 teaspoon macadamian nut oil;
  • 1 clove garlic;
  • 1/2 teaspoon rosemary;
  • 50 ml of freshly squeezed orange juice;
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice;
  • 1 pinch of black pepper;
  • 1 pinch of salt;
  • 1 pinch of Xucker Light (erythritol).

The number of ingredients for this low-carb recipe is calculated per serving. The total cooking time, including the preparation of ingredients, takes about 30 minutes.

Cooking method


Use a sharp knife to slice the chicken's liver into pieces of the desired size.


Wash the mushrooms and slice. Peel the onions and garlic and finely dice.


Lubricate the pan with macadamian nut oil and heat over medium heat.


Add the liver, mushrooms, onions and garlic and fry until the mushrooms change color and the liver ceases to be pink. Pay attention to the varying degrees of readiness of individual products.

You can also fry onions and garlic in a separate pan, and at the end mix everything together.


Stir in orange juice, lemon juice, xucker, salt, pepper and rosemary. Cook for another three minutes. Low carb and tasty!
